No Refunds Allowed. Authorized Exchanges Only.
Provided the merchandise is unused, you may request to exchange any item within 30 calendar days after you receive the merchandise. Used product will not be authorized for exchange.
Exchanges will be shipped to you in accordance with our normal shipping schedule (see "Shipping" section below).
An "In-Store Credit" (it never expires) will be issued to you for any authorized Return. You may apply the credit to any future purchase from ShoeSalon.com.
No Exchanges will be accepted without our advance authorization. A Return Authorization Number, that we provide, must be written on the outside of each carton containing the product authorized, or the delivery will be refused.
Product must be returned in the original product packaging, packed in a separate shipping box or container.

Shipping & Handling
Orders are shipped in 1 to 3 business days (Monday-Friday) after the date of your order, including express service. With "Express Shipping", UPS Guarantees Next Day delivery... UPS 2nd Day is NOT guaranteed. Customer requests for "Delivery Confirmation/Signature Required, constitute an addition charge added after the request by the customer. The timing of all shipments is subject to inventory availability.
ShoeSalon.com is not liable for any site glitch in shipping calculation errors or omissions and shall have the right to make any correction necessary without recourse.
We ship to the Continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii, the Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, and Canada.
All published shipping costs are for the continental United States (UPS) and for Alaska, Hawaii, The Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico and Canada (USPS). Customer requests for "Delivery Confirmation/Signature Required, constitute an addition charge added after the request by the customer.
In the event any item you order is "temporarily out of stock" or no longer available, you will be notified within 48 business hours of an approximate ship date if the item will later be available.
If you will be using a "Store Credit" or a "Gift Certificate," please call our Customer Service department at 888-650-1600 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Central Standard Time, Monday through Saturday.
All gift certificates will be shipped via USPS.
All shipments are additionally subject to the policies, terms and conditions of the third-party carrier.
Packages will be shipped only to the address you specify in your order and cannot be forwarded by you. If, as a result of any inaccurate information you provide in your order, regardless of nature or any package(s) shipped to you are returned to us, you are immediately liable for any additional shipping and handling charges we incur to receive and/or re-ship the package(s). If a different shipping destination becomes necessary after you have submitted your order, or if you require other shipping accommodations, you must contact our Customer Service department (contactus@shoesalon.com or 888-850-1600 toll free) immediately. Although we will make every reasonable attempt to meet your needs, we cannot guarantee that changes can be accommodated after submission of your order.
Upon submission of your order you consent that the carrier may leave your package at your front door without obtaining a signature to accept delivery and that such delivery shall constitute fulfillment of our obligation to deliver. You may, however, include a comment in your order (a comment section is provided for you during our checkout process) requesting that a signature be obtained by the applicable carrier. If signature services are assessed a fee by the carrier, we reserve the right to add the fee to your order amount upon processing of your payment.
Refusing Order Delivery
All orders are shipped in good faith. Once your order has been processed it cannot be canceled. Any refusal of a shipment made by you shall constitute intentional fraud. If acceptance of delivery is refused you will be charged a 50% restocking fee and you be liable for shipping charges for the attempted delivery and the return delivery to us in addition to any other fees that may be charged by the carrier.
Sales Tax
Orders shipped within the state of Florida are subject to a 7% tax.

Heel heights and measurements of any kind are all approximate.

Disputes
You AGREE any order that you place with ShoeSalon.com constitutes your agreement and consent that any & ALL disputes regardless of the nature whatsoever, concerning your order, shall be settled SOLELY by and between you and ShoeSalon.com and no one else.
Our Privacy Statement
We neither sell nor share your information with outside companies or third parties.
When you purchase from our online store, we collect your name, billing and shipping addresses, phone number, e-mail address, and credit card information. You provide this information so we can process and ship your order. We respect your privacy by not selling or sharing this information.
We encourage you to sign-up for our e-mailing list. These letters provide you with advanced notice of store sales, new merchandise, and other store-related events. But, of course, you have the freedom to add or remove your name from our list at any time.

To proceed to checkout, you must enter your e-mail address and create a password. The checkout process itself employs Secure Sockets Layer (SSL)* technology to insure your safety.
*Secure Sockets Layer encrypts your order information and sends it to a secure server, making it impossible for that information to be decoded by a party outside of the store you shop with.
Furthermore, only our store will have your information; other members of the Modern Retail community will not have access to your information unless you decide to shop with them.

Shopping Online
To add an item to your bag, simply click the add to bag button next to it. (Items you put in your bag will not be bought by you until you have completed the checkout process.)
To remove an item from your bag, simply click the remove link next to the item you wish to discard.
To view what is in your bag at any time, click the "shoppingBag" link in the page header.
To purchase what you've selected, click on your shoppingBag and click "checkout". Follow the three simple steps to purchase your items.
Once we have confirmed your order, an account for you is automatically established for the Modern Retail community of stores.
